We're dedicated to providing top-quality service and fairness to all clients. Here's a brief overview of our policies to ensure smooth appointment management:

 

Cancellation Policy:

Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 4 hours before your appointment to avoid charges.

Late Cancellation: Cancelling with less than 4 hours will incur a charge of 100% of the service price.

No Show: Missing your appointment or being over 10 minutes late will result in a charge of 100% of the service price.

Punctuality: Arrive on time. Over 10 minutes late is a No Show.

Blacklisting: Failure to pay No-Show Fees due to card issues may lead to account blacklisting, preventing future appointments.


Repeated Changes: Frequent cancellations or changes without adequate notice may result in service denial.

Refusal of Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

Repeatedly arrives late or misses appointments.

Uses disrespectful, discriminatory, or abusive language/behaviour towards our staff or other clients.
