We're dedicated to providing top-quality service and fairness to all clients. Here's a brief overview of our policies to ensure smooth appointment management:

Cancellation Policy:

  • Free Cancellation: Up to 12 hours before your appointment.

  • Late Cancellation (Less than 12-hour notice): 50% of the service price.

  • No Show: 100% of the service price. This includes failing to arrive or being over 10 minutes late without prior notification.

Punctuality: Arrive on time. Over 10 minutes late is a No Show.

Blacklisting: Failure to pay No-Show Fees due to card issues may lead to account blacklisting, preventing future appointments.

Repeated Changes: Frequent cancellations or changes without adequate notice may result in service denial.
